Clark and Kara examine what’s left of the Brainiac Clark fought, and Kara tells Clark it’s just a construct, or probe, and that it’s not the real Brainiac. Kara is so terrified of Brainiac, after what he did to Kandor, that Clark doesn’t tell her he’s found a way to reverse engineer Brainiac’s tracking technology and follow it back to Brainiac himself.
