In the chaos of the Gang Warfare that’s gripped Gotham City, the rules of engagement are changing. The Odessa mob has placed hits on the wives and children of the opposition, leading to a standoff at Tim Drake’s high school. As Gotham’s few defenders learn of this, they scramble to get into position. A chance encounter with Spoiler leads Batgirl to believe that Stephanie isn’t being honest with her… but Cassie has little time to focus on that, as she has to reach the school unseen… and there’s media coverage all over the place.
