The Circle of Thorns has the three people they need to summon a powerful demon into this world. The Freedom Phalanx anxiously searches Paragon City for their hideout so they can try to interrupt the ritual. When they do find it, a mage from the Circle casts a spell that causes each of the members of the Phalanx to face their own fears and nightmares.
