QUACKERJACK! Nefarious ne’er-do-well, and bane of Darkwing Duck’s existence! With his cadre of silly-yet-dangerous (but mostly silly) toy weapons, Q-Jack (as the kids call him) aims to reign terror upon the citizens of St. Canard!
