Gotham Central – Issue 12

An early morning meeting between Police Commissioner Akins and Mayor Dickerson ends in an assassination. A sniper’s bullet kills Dickerson, and later another topples a school superintendent triggering fears that a sniper is targeting elected officials. But evidence found at the second sniper’s nest indicates that one of Gotham’s greatest fears has returned once again.
