Despite the evidence collected by Stark, the Commission on Superhuman Activities insists that Gadget was killed by Graviton, and that Paragon’s attack on the Helicarrier was a result of a mental breakdown. He continues to investigate, but is sidelined by tech that deprives him access to his Extremis abilities. Refusing to take two weeks off to recuperate, he heads to Omaha to investigate the missing persons cases on his own.
