Batman fights Despero, hoping the League is ready to aid him. Outside the tower where they’re fighting, Vixen manages to wake the League and urges them to return to the tower and rescue Batman. Using teamwork, the League not only defeat the demonic creations the alien despot had created but trick him into expending most of his power. As he does, Vibe destroys the Flame of Py’tar, extinguishing Despero at the same time.
