After defeating Amazo and Solomon Grundy, the League officially reforms.Roy Harper ditches his Arsenal identity and officially becomes Red Arrow with Green Arrow’s surreptitious blessing.In Markovia, Black Lightning speaks to his old friend Geo-Force who reveals that he now has the powers of his dead sister, Terra, and swears Lightning to secrecy.The League’s headquarters are revealed as a large building, the Hall, in Washington which has a transporter to a new satellite above the Earth.Professor Ivo, having escaped the final battle with Amazo and Grundy, is terrorised by Starro who claims to have always been a herald for someone or something.As Red Arrow goes to the Hall he meets Hawkgirl again and the pair flirt once more.Batman discovers Trident is actually Val Armorr, the Karate Kid from the 31st Century.
