She became a speedster but gave up her powers after her father’s death, accepting instead her mother’s powers.When the Justice Society take on Zoom, Damage is eager to tackle him following the beating he received from Zoom at the start of Infinite Crisis.Despite being on holiday, Liberty Belle and her husband Hourman are called in by the JSA when Damage takes Zoom hostage. Having built up a friendship, Belle confronts the confused hero and manages to convince him to let Zoom go. As repayment, Zoom attempts to kill them both and Belle reveals that she still has her super speed, saving Damage and capturing Zoom.
