Moon Knight is out and active, doing everything he can to (ab)use his registration to exact his own brand of justice on the criminal element. When he learns that the Killer Shrike is out of prison, he becomes the next target. Meanwhile, Iron Man finds himself wondering just how, exactly, Moon Knight was registered in the first place.
