Though he has outed their existence to the public, the Outsiders have located Dr. Sivanna and are working to close in on him before he can execute his plans. But he’s moving quickly, having Saber deliver a massive EMP device over Sydney, Australia. But this device does more than just shut down electronics… it completely fries them, rendering them completely inoperable. And it also erases the memory of anyone caught in the blast.
