The Obliterator was left on a planet more inhabited than expected, and he obtains weapons and escapes to Zenn-La. Shalla-Bal calls for help, and on the way, the Surfer is forced to destroy two attacking Kree vessels. Once at Zenn-La, the Surfer points out that if the Obliterator destroys Zenn-La, then the Surfer would be the last of his race, and become an Elder along with the Obliterator. The Obliterator finds this unacceptable, and realizes he’ll have to hold off his assault on Zenn-La until he kills the Surfer himself.
