Tales of the Sinestro Corps: Superman Prime – Issue 1

£2.65

Arriving on Earth as part of the Sinestro Corps War, the newly named Superman-Prime is greeted and attacked by dozens of Earth’s heroes. The heroes discover that he has yet to reach full power and determine to stop him before the sun rises, replenishing his energy. During the attack, Superman-Prime thinks back to his home world and how he came to be in the position of villain when all he wanted to do was help people. He reveal that, after Infinite Crisis and having been freed by Sinestro, he found the Anti-Monitor – whom he blamed for the destruction of his homeworld – had been resurrected. Playing along with Sinestro, he has sworn that the Anti-Monitor would kneel before him. Despite the heroes’ best efforts, Superman-Prime is re-energized by the rising sun just as the Guardians of the Universe arrive with the new Ion, Sodam Yat.
