Twenty years have passed since SECTOR 7 discovered the so-called ‘Mega-Man’ under Arctic ice. The Original Seven have scattered-some are dead, others simply missing. But on the site where the Hoover Dam will soon be built, Walter Simmons has discovered the Transformers’ mighty Allspark-and a very much alive JETFIRE wants it for himself!
