Morgan Le Fay and Enigma hold Europe bound behind a powerful wall of energy… but while nothing can stand against their vastly increased power, they cannot create a new world. Everything they change is lifeless and dead. Morgan may be willing to live with this, but Enigma has other plans. The JSI have their hands full, and interrogating Firestorm only convinces them that the renegade Justice League is responsible for the world’s recent troubles.
